Roundup

Roundup is one of the most widely used weed killers in the world. Its active ingredient, glyphosate, has been linked to serious health risks, including non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and other types of cancer. Originally marketed by Monsanto (now owned by Bayer), Roundup was used by farmers, gardeners, and landscapers for decades before health concerns began to emerge.

Scientific research and court findings revealed that long-term exposure to glyphosate could damage human cells and potentially lead to cancer. Despite this, manufacturers allegedly failed to warn users about the risks. As a result, thousands of lawsuits have been filed by people who claim their cancer was caused by using Roundup.

In many of these cases, juries have awarded millions in damages, holding the company accountable for not disclosing the dangers of their product. These lawsuits are part of a larger multidistrict litigation (MDL) still underway in the U.S.

The growing number of Roundup cancer claims underscores the importance of chemical safety and consumer protection. If you or a loved one used Roundup and later developed cancer, you may be eligible to file a claim and seek compensation.
